EXPERIENCE:
After several years in a research center, Stéaphane Oudin chose to start a career in the Intellectual Property.
After graduating from the CEIPI, the famous IP training center in Strasbourg, France, he joined Company TRANSGENE, where he gained considerable experience in Intellectual Property: he was entrusted with the drafting of patents, the management of all the proceedings (Europe, USA, Canada, Japon, Australia) and he conducted many freedom to operate searches.
Stéphane OUDIN is heavily involved in Lincensing projects and very familiar with opposition proceedings before the EPO.
Stéphane OUDIN joined JurisPatent in 2008.
