1976 : Cabinet Michel BRUDER was set up by Michel BRUDER, whose exceptional skills in patent issues quickly earned him the confidence of great companies, such as BRGM, SALOMON, NORMALU (BARRISOL), SATELEC and many others, especially small and medium-sized companies all over France. His foreign colleagues widely acknowledged the quality of his services and very often entrusted him with the representation of their Clients in France.

1986 : At the request of the Manager of the Chamber of Commerce in the Burgundy and Franche-Comté regions, Claude GUIU undertook to set up in Dijon a consulting firm specialized in Industrial Property - Cabinet Claude GUIU. He found support from his friend Michel BRUDER, who had then acquired an excellent reputation as a Patent Attorney.

1988 : Creation of the first team managed by Claude GUIU, with the assistance of a legal specialist in international business law.

1989 : New location within the city centre of Dijon: from then on, Cabinet Claude GUIU has conveniently been located next to the train station.

2001 : Michel BRUDER took a well-deserved retirement and offered Claude GUIU to acquire Cabinet Michel BRUDER. In October 2001, Claude GUIU took over the activities of Cabinet BRUDER and brought all his know-how and enthusiasm to the Paris team, which moved into roomier and more functional offices in the 10th district, Paris.

Cabinet Michel BRUDER became Cabinet GUIU & BRUDER.

2004 : Claude GUIU set up another consulting firm in Strasbourg to further reinforce the European dimension of his business and get closer to the training institutes specialized in Industrial Property (CEIPI, EEPI).

2007 : In order to increase the visibility of the these three firms on the international scene, Claude GUIU chose to combine their assets through their merging into a homogeneous group - JURISPATENT.
